The Civic Society’s next event will be a talk on Tuesday 7 November at 7.30pm entitled ‘Protecting the Tywi Valley’s Historic Landscape’ which will be given by Ken Murphy, Director of the Dyfed Archaeological Trust.
The Society has objected to electricity pylons being erected in or around the Tywi Valley on the basis that it is a Registered Historic Landscape.
As usual the talk will be at the Capel Newydd Vestry Hall in Crescent Road in Llandeilo and there will be an admission charge of £3 for non-members of the Society.
